~ Payment ~

Within Singapore
a) Funds transfer
- Internet Banking (DBS/POSB, UOB, OCBC)
- ATM (DBS/POSB only)
b) Cash
- Only for self collection @ KENJU retail shop
Outside Singapore
- Western Union (Please drop us an email for further instructions)

* Important Notes
- KENJU do not accept cheque payment
- For reserved or pre-order items, pre-payment is required
- Orders will be reserved for 3 days after confirmation email has been sent out.
- Orders will be cancelled if payment have not been received within the 3 days.


~ Shipping ~

Within Singapore
a) Singpost
- Postage charges will be calculated upon receiving your order.
b) Self Collection
- Meeting point @ Jurong East MRT station or our retail shop

* For all shipments
- KENJU will not be responsible for packages lost during mailing process.
- Total charges will be confirmed via email prior to payment.
- Registered mail can be arranged. Please inform us prior to payment.
- Orders will be delivered after receiving payment.


~ Exchange and Return ~

- All sales terms are final and non-negotiable.
- All items will be checked by KENJU prior to delivery.
- Exchanges will only be made if wrong item had been delivered, no refunds.
- Exchange will only made with the following conditions:
1) Items returned in its original condition.
2) Items returned with full and original packaging. (include tag, label, packaging bag)
3) Items returned in conditions after tampering, washing, altering, no refunds.
- All shipping charges will be borne by customer for any exchanges made.

* Please note exchanges are NOT applicable for fragile items (eg. nail polish)
